Refund Policy
Fees are generally non-refundable except in the case where MyBizGeek Solutions terminates a service agreement and agrees to refund pre-paid IT support hours as outlined in the Master Services Agreement.

Delivery Policy
MyBizGeek Solutions specializes in IT consulting services. We deliver our services remotely and in-person at client locations as per our client’s requests and as outlined in the Scope of Work agreed upon with our clients.

Cancellation Policy
Either party may terminate a service agreement as outlined in the Master Services Agreement.

Transaction Currency
All fees are billed and invoiced in USD.
